Returns/Warranty

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:

We are happy to accept returns for exchanges or refunds. Before requesting a return or exchange, please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Returns:

If you would like to return your purchase for a refund, please contact us within 1 month of the purchase date. We will provide you with a return address. You are required to pay for the return shipping, there will be no restocking fees. Your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days after we’ve received your return item(s).

Exchanges:

If your product arrives damaged, is defective, or you would simply like to exchange it for another product in our store, please contact us within 1 month of the purchase date. You will receive a shipping address and RMA number. Please write the RMA number on the top of the return package so it can be easily located. You are required to pay for return shipping. On the customs form, please declare the value of the package as $30 and mark it as a gift.

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact us with 1 month of the purchase date to request a refund or exchange. We are available by e-mail, live chat, or phone.
